I only have two pieces of Royal Copenhagen. This piece and "Wave and Rock". On my other piece, the mark is much newer and clearer. This, I assume, is the pre mark but because of the blurry mark, I am not positive.

Did you see this? Is the deer Knud Kyhn? According to the same website, Kyhn was both a painter and sculptor for Royal Copenhagen. Wonder if he painted his own des? I think your piece was made in his early period.
In the marks shown on the site already referenced. It looks like Denmark is added under the mark starting in According to the Royal Copenhagen site, Denmark was added to the mark in Kyhn hadn't returned to work there again until Danno likes this.
